Burnet Park is a campsite situated off Tyers-Glengarry Road, between Traralgon and Morwell. The wooded foothills from the Western backdrop and across the Rintouls Creek the land opens to the east over the Latrobe Valley's rich pastures.

The Park was part of Burnet's farm and was donated to the Guiding movement by the Burnet family for camping and outdoor recreation.

There are three campsites and Illangi - the house on the hill, with accommodation for 29, assembly room, kitchen and bathroom facilities. As well as a tree house platform!

Environment:

Bush campsite on Rintouls Creek.

Equipment:Camping equipment supplied. Toilets and hot showers.

Other information: Sleeping platform, chapel, outdoor toilets and showers, two campfire circles (concrete). No public transport from Traralgon, Morwell or Glengarry.

All costs are per person, no discount for Leaders or other staff. All fees are the same whether you are camping indoors or outdoors.

Booking and Hire Agreement form with monies must be with Treasurer within two weeks of application received and three weeks before your camp.
