- The GFO 1 is to be used for any volunteer appointments other than Unit Leader, Assistant Unit Leader, District Manager, Assistant District Manager, Region Manager and Assistant Region Manager. Please use the relevant Qualification and Appointment Form for these appointments, which can be found here (login found at ‘GGA Website Access’ under Reports & Forms via your member portal).
- The Volunteer Alteration form has now been removed from circulation.
- Members can adjust their personal details in their membership profile via the Members Portal. Managers who need to make changes to volunteer appointments (i.e. change of Unit, change of role) can be done by emailing volunteer@guidesvic.org.au with all the appropriate details.
