Your leadership skills will continue to develop and you can be a fantastic role model to other Girl Guides. As of age 15, you can become a  Junior Leader.

Junior Leaders are Guides aged 15-17 years. Junior Leaders work in a leadership role within a younger-aged Guide Unit, and are financial youth members of Girl Guides Victoria.

The following link is to a resource developed by Girl Guides Australia (GGA).
There are references to Junior Leaders being aged 14 – 17 years, however in Victoria, Junior Leaders are aged 15 – 17 years.
