Learning Partner Training will give Leaders who have been qualified for 2 years or more skills in coaching, active listening, and questioning. It will assist them to be positive role models for Leaders and Manager working towards qualification.
The Learning Partner Update is for already qualified Learning Partners to meet with the L&D Manager, who will update them on the new training process and how this effects the role of a learning partner.
