Job Opportunity: Strategic Communications Manager


Girl Guides Victoria (GGV) seek to appoint a Strategic Communications Manager to support the successful delivery of a major change program over the next 3 years. The change program will establish a foundation for growth and a strong future for Girl Guides across our state.

Reporting to the CEO and leading a small team, the Strategic Communications Manager will develop and oversee a comprehensive suite of communications, marketing and public relations activities to raise the profile of Girl Guides and engage our members and volunteers in a significant organisational transformation.

The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator, be able to engage people emotionally and intellectually in organisational change, and achieve outcomes through collaboration with volunteer leaders and managers.
