Girl Guides Victoria is committed to helping every girl be #EverythingSheWantsToBe. This includes championing for improved awareness about the mental health issues that affect young people across Australia.
This July, we’re running to raise funds for ReachOut Australia to provide young people experiencing mental health challenges with the support they need to be happy and well.

How it works:
Step 1: Sign up
Taking part in Run4Life is simple… click here to set up a profile as part of the Girl Guides Victoria Team.
Step 2: Motivate your team to run
Help your team members set their running goals by supporting them in person or on social media.
Step 3: Share
Spread the word and start raising money as you tell everyone about your team’s challenge and commitment to preventing youth suicide.
Rules of the challenge:
- Run anywhere you like. You can run around your neighbourhood, at your local park, hit the gym or even go for a beach run!
- Run whenever it suits you. You don’t need to run every day. Pick the days and times that suit your lifestyle.
- The challenge goes for one month. Run4Life takes place from 1–31 July and you can run at any time during the month.
