Online Leadership & Management Qualification Training 2024

Want to develop your Guiding and Leadership skills in 2024? Then the ALQP is for you!

Again in 2024, Leadership & Management trainings will be offered nationally, via Girl Guides Australia.

Please read the Girl Guides Australia ALQP Training Page for full instructions.
Registration closes approximately 1 month before each training date.

  • Check that you have fulfilled all the checks and membership requirements for GGV before registering for this training.

  • If you know you have eGuiding modules to complete for example, perhaps considering taking the next training date available to allow you time to complete the prerequisite components.

  • Complete the eGuiding modules as listed in your Leader Passport. Please email volunteer@guidesvic.org.au or call the office if you need any assistance.

  • Once you click submit, GGV will receive an email asking us to approve your registration (they will check that all membership requirements and eGuiding modules have been completed). **

  • You will receive an email confirming your spot on your chosen training once your GGV confirms you have completed all the pre-training requirements. ***

  • The online training link will be sent to your email 1-2 days before your training, from GGA.

  • If you need to cancel or change dates, please email admin@girlguides.org.au at least 72 hours before the training. You will then need to re-register for another date.
** Given that there is a manual component for GGV Head Office to complete, and potentially things for registrants to address, PLEASE do not leave registering to the last moment.
*** Please be sure you are selecting the correct stream of training when registering.
