IGNITE – Leadership Development & Networking 💡

IGNITE offers leadership, networking, and upskilling opportunities over a single weekend to Guides aged 14-17 looking to kickstart or further their leadership journeys! 🚀

At IGNITE, Guides will:

• Receive leadership training
• Connect with and learn from inspiring GGV Leaders and other successful women
• Enjoy fun activities designed to strengthen their resilience and expand their creativity—key characteristics for exceptional leadership!

For Guides currently working towards their Queen’s Guide Award, this weekend (when completed in its entirety) fulfills the Leadership Training requirement of the Award. 

Choose your adventure: IGNITE’s Sunday program offers Guides the opportunity to participate in one of two fun activities: indoor rock climbing or a trip to Geelong Art Gallery, where they’ll explore and create Japanese Art (including origami!).

📅 DATE: Full weekend* | 6pm Friday July 19 – 3pm Sunday July 21
Saturday only | 10am – 5pm Saturday July 20

*Guides interested in completing the leadership development portion of the event are welcome to attend the first day of IGNITE (20 July) only. 

📍 LOCATION: Mittagong Campsite – 2a Rennie Street, Lara

💳 COST:
Full weekend | $150 for Youth
(includes all meals, accommodation, on site & off site activities)

Saturday only | $20 for Youth
(includes days activities & lunch)
