2017 Snoozefest Huzzah
Snoozefest Huzzah 2017 aims to provide Guides with the opportunity to challenge themselves in a safe and enjoyable environment.  Through activities based on a medieval theme and exploration of Kryal Castle, girls will develop their confidence, make new friends and make memories to last a lifetime.

Leaders please register your expressions of interest - only 100 Leaders places are available! 
**Please note - Leaders will be carefully selected after the youth applications have closed to ensure each guide has a leader from their district present.

Registration includes:
Unique and exciting sleepover in tents
Entry to Kryal Castle for the entire weekend
Volunteer costs
Dinner, supper and breakfast
All activities including games, crafts, and movies
The opportunity to explore Kryal Castle after dark, and camp on their grounds with lots of Guiding Friends!

The Snoozefest Huzzah team are organising a supervised transport option from Southern Cross Station in Melbourne to Kryal Castle and back. Transport will use a combination of VLine trains, VLine buses, and/or charter coaches. Exact transport choices will depend on participant numbers and VLine timetables. Times will be confirmed once numbers are finalised.

Girl Guides will supervise Guides once they arrive at Southern Cross and any Guide arriving without adult supervision must be able to find us at the meeting point independently.

Youth registrations close Monday 12th June 2017 at midnight, or when the event reaches capacity. Get in quick to ensure you don’t miss out!

Adult Expressions of Interest close Monday 19th June 2017 at 5pm.

By completing this registration you have acknowledged that you have been informed of the below GGV Event Cancellation Policy.

(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
