The cottage and bunkhouse both have two bedrooms with three double bunks and one single bedroom, with a total of 26 beds. All beds have foam rubber mattresses. You need to bring your own bedding and pillow. There is an electric kitchen supplied with crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils; an internal and external bathroom; a laundry; BBQ area; and a recreation room with a wood heater.

Lovely walks nearby: pine forest, rainforests, and waterfalls; Moonlight Head and Melba Gully; Glowworms; Warrnambool, Tower Hill Natural History Centre and extinct volcano; and Port Fairy.
