Located in the heart of the Yarra Valley, Britannia Park is a recreational and camping destination operated by Girl Guides Victoria. With the capacity to accommodate up to 85 guests indoors and 500 outdoors, it is the perfect location for groups of all sizes.
Owned and operated by Girl Guides Victoria since 1938, Britannia Park covers 44 acres of stunning natural bushland. The site features charming lodges, abundant wildlife and expansive grassed campsites. Britannia Park is surrounded by breathtaking natural attractions, including the state forest, Britannia Creek, Britannia Falls, and Britannia Creek Caves. For those who enjoy biking, walking, or horseback riding, the Lilydale to Warburton Rail Trail is just a short 4 km away.
Britannia Park Activities
Visitors can enjoy a secluded retreat featuring a campfire circle, BBQ area, outdoor chapel, and a heritage camping museum. For the adventure-seekers, there is an array of activities such as archery, orienteering, a challenge course, crate stacking, a possum flyer, and an activity tower with a flying fox.
Britannia Park Groups
The grounds have been the backdrop for Guiding events, school programs, team-building activities, public gatherings, corporate retreats and weddings. Accessibility is important to us, which is why our venue includes disabled bathrooms and ramps at most indoor facilities.
