We’re inviting Girl Guides from across Victoria to design a badge that captures the 2026 World Thinking Day theme: “Our Friendship”!
All Girl Guides Victoria youth members are encouraged to get creative and submit a design that reflects the spirit of friendship and Guiding. Your badge can follow any style and be drawn with pens and pencils, painted, or created digitally in Microsoft Word or Canva. Your badge needs to be square and feature the Girl Guides Trefoil. The chosen design will be turned into a cloth swap badge! The artist of the chosen design will receive a cloth badge of their design in the post as a keepsake.
Submissions will be judged on:
- Ability to communicate the theme of Thinking Day 2026: Our Friendship
- Creativity and originality
- The ability of the design to translate well onto a square badge (less than 7cm x 7cm)
Designs for the World Thinking Day 2026 badge round open 3pm Friday 12 December 2025, and must be submitted using this form and upload link before midnight Friday 16 January 2026.
