Guides Online Term 2


These Virtual Girl Guide Meetings are especially for our youth members who are unable to attend their regular in-person Girl Guide meeting.

Girl Guides are invited to attend every Wednesday throughout Term Two 2022 as an alternative to their regular meeting. At each virtual meeting, Girl Guides will enjoy online activities on Zoom and work towards earning a challenge badge!

When: 6.30-8pm Wednesday evenings!

Wed 25 May: Free Being Me program part 1

The Free Being Me program is a WAGGGS global program that helps girls and young women to have body positivity.

This fun and interactive program will be delivered at Guides Online over 2 weeks and look at how the media and our community shapes the way we think about ourselves.

Pen, paper, old magazines, glue and pencils required for activities.

Wed 1 June: Free Being Me program part 2

The Free Being Me program is a WAGGGS global program that helps girls and young women to have body positivity.

This week we will meet with some people that can share with us more about what Guiding looks like in difference countries.

Wed 15 June: Tide Turners Ocean Plastic campaign (part 1)

Celebrate World Oceans Day. The Tide Turners Badge is a WAGGGS global program that explores how we can help to save the planet and use less plastic in our world.

Work towards this special badge (made out of recovered ocean plastic) over 2 sessions.
