We are seeking nominations from passionate women to sit on the Girl Guides Victoria Executive Committee for a three-year term.
The Executive Committee is the governing body of Girl Guides Victoria and its role is to set the strategic direction, develop policy, approve the annual budget, and oversee the governance of Girl Guides Victoria. The Committee has a similar function to that of a Board of Directors and its members are responsible for the fulfillment of duties and responsibilities similar to those of a director.
The Executive Committee is specifically seeking nominations from people with the following skills and experience:
- Not-for-profit governance
- Human resource management
- Property development
- Policies / Procedures
- Technology/IT
- Fundraising
Young women under 30 years of age are strongly encouraged to apply.
The completed GGV Executive Committee Nomination Form 2024 should be forwarded to the Returning Officer by 5.00 pm on Friday 26th April 2024 by email.
