Dear Members of State Council
I am emailing you to send information regarding the forthcoming elections for positions on the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee is responsible for the governance, planning and overall management of Girl Guides Victoria. Please click the following link to download the Terms of Reference for the Executive Committee, which describe its role in more detail.
The Executive Committee has 9 elected members and every year in May, 3 people are elected for a 3 year term. Executive Committee members are elected by the GGV State Council, which consists of all current financial adult and life members of Girl Guides Victoria.

The results of the election will be announced at the annual general meeting, which will be held at 2pm on 25th May at Yarraville Guide Hall, Clare Street Yarraville, 3013. All are welcome to this meeting, and I look forward to seeing you there.
